How to fix lag and stutter in GTA 5 on PC - Best Solution - Works for ANY game!

I know I'm a bit late to the party, but after a lot of you asked me how I got GTA 5 running on a dual core smoothly, I just had to show you and hopefully it will help some of you out.

This lag fix works for any system, whether it be NVidia or AMD, dual core, tri core, hexa core or octa core, and should solve all of your lag problems.

This fix will work for any game out there. If it lags, and you know your PC is powerful enough to run it this will fix it.
