How To Cure Your Viori Bamboo Holders

(1) Pre-heat your oven to your lowest heat setting. (This is usually 170-180 degrees Fahrenheit.
(2) First, cover your steamer completely with olive oil. You can dip the steamer into the oil or simply brush the oil directly onto the steamer. Make sure it is applied well.
(3) Once the oil is applied, place your steamer onto a cookie sheet.
(4) On a low heat temperature, put the steamer into your oven to dry it out.
(5) Leave in the oven for 30-45 minutes. Make sure to check on your holder frequently to prevent burning.
(6) If you want to be extra safe, you can repeat this process 1-2 more times.
