3-D printing provides new avenues for research, learning
Spectator sat down with Jeffrey Lancaster, GSAS '11 and emerging technologies coordinator of Columbia University Libraries, to talk about the Science and Engineering Library's 3-D printer, which is available to anyone at the University. Spectator also took a time lapse of the 3-D printer in action, creating a replica of a pot discovered in an archeological dig.
