This Was 3D Printed?! - MASSIVE Lithophane

The Creality CR-10 S5 has a build volume of 500x500x500mm, insanely big, and bigger is always better (I've heared). I took the time to 3D print a HUGE lithophane, a total printing time of almost 100 hours! The motive of this lithophane was quite special as it is a painted pictured by one of my old teachers back from sixth grade.

The lithophane was printed with 0.2mm layer height, 100% infill, 3 perimeters, 30mm/s and basic white PLA filament. The frame for the picture was printed on the S5 as well, but with a 0.5mm nozzle and 0.3mm layer height. Using 12V LED lights with a 12V 5A adapter worked great. Super happy with the result of this project!
