Fujifilm GFX100s unboxing - after 20 years of professional Canon DSLR use

My move to digital medium format for my architectural and industrial photography starts with unboxing a new camera. The Fuji GFX100S is set to become my main, but not sole camera.

I'll be doing a lot of testing, but specific questions are very welcome

Why might I give ip on Canon after 20 years? It's very much based on the work I do. See two previous videos for some of my thoughts and reasons for considering a move - and why I'm still suggesting to most people that you quite likely shouldn't swap brands.
