Commissioner Avila Tours the Stickney Plant

Commissioner Frank Avila tours the Stickney Water Reclemation plant, the largest wastewater plant in the world. He and the tour guides ride a bus to see the various machines, facilities and buildings that make the stickney plant. The tour also includes a visit to the control centers, a greenhouse and the building where biosolids and biogas are created.
