Cleveland rapper Q-Money arrested for the shooting death of fellow rapper. Q-Money, whose real name is Qamar Akee Williams, was charged with felony murder in connection to the shooting death of 24-year-old Calvin Alexander Chappell, DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities said Williams allegedly shot Chappell "multiple times with a handgun" April 15 in Decatur, Georgia.

Williams turned himself in "without incident" Thursday and was taken into custody at the DeKalb County Jail after a warrant was issued for his arrest, the statement added.
