Creedence Clearwater Revival - I Put A Spell On You (Bass cover with tabs)

I just read John Fogerty's Autobiography and so I got inspired to do this Bass cover. A 12/8 Slow Blues with a 16 bar progression. The original recording was done by "Screaming Jay Hawkins" in 1956.
