My Hungarian Grandfather

So I have a Hungarian-American grandfather. He was born in Hungary and fled to Germany at the end of World War 2. He has since lived in America. We are looking at options to stay in Europe and a recent law from Hungary creates a path to EU Citizenship through my Hungarian Grandfather.
