Confined Kata -Saifa

This video follows on my previous video showing how to practice Gekki Sai Dai Ichi Kata in a confined space, maybe whilst in isolation for Covid - hands only. In this video, the hands only, method is shown as well as using the actual stances from the Kata, still remaining in one spot.
