If you’re a busy REALTOR and especially a busy REALTOR mom… a good morning routine will literally save you!!

1️⃣ Study the market for new listings, pending sales and price reductions

2️⃣ Hand write 5 notes to people in my sphere of influence or database

3️⃣ Social media scroll and comment on followers/friends posts

4️⃣ 10 minutes of gratitude reflection, writing affirmations and goal review.

5️⃣ Make my bed! (Trust me on this one)

What I don’t do first thing in the morning:

🛑 Look at my phone, read emails or texts
🛑 Turn on the news
🛑 Login to my computer
