Animation using Horton Hears a Who sound clip

First off, the audio is mistimed in the file because, for some reason, after I rendered it out to a Quicktime movie, it lowered the audio quality and threw the timing off.

This is made with a sound clip from the 3d Horton Hears a Who movie (which I do not own nor have any affilition with) for class. This is the first time I have animated in Flash and the first lip-sync animation I have ever attempted.

Feel free to tear it apart with critiques. I own the characters; they are mine!!!! (Just not the sound)

Please only criticize if you understand at least the 12 principles of animation and have actual meaningful insights as to how I can improve it.
