In this video, I’m sharing a glimpse of everyday life in Japan through my morning walk,
a Japanese school lunch menu, grocery shopping, and a homemade Japanese dinner.

I don’t follow any special diet.

But when I took a closer look at my daily routine, I realized there are many small habits built into life in Japan.

🍳 Recipes
・Potato Salad
Ingredients:
* Potatoes
* Cucumber
* Apple

Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Add a small amount of water and steam until tender.
2. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and mash them.
3. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds, sprinkle with salt, and squeeze out the excess moisture.
4. Add the cucumber and thinly sliced apple to the potatoes.
5. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and 1 tablespoon of sesame paste (neri goma).

・Miso Soup
Ingredients:
* Enoki mushrooms
* Onion
* Tofu

Instructions:
1. Bring dashi stock to a boil.
2. Add the sliced onion and enoki mushrooms and cook until tender.
3. Add the tofu.
4. Dissolve miso paste into the soup (about 1 tablespoon per person).

・Komatsuna with Sesame Dressing (Goma-ae)
Instructions:
1. Boil the komatsuna and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
2. Season with 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon ground white sesame seeds.
