ENERGY BALL RECIPE:
1/2 cup Creamy Salted Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Vegan Protein Powder
1 1/4 Gluten Free Rolled Oats
2 1/2 tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Dried Fruit
1) In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined. If the mixture is too sticky or wet, add more oats or flaxseed meal. If it's too dry, add more peanut butter or maple syrup.
2) Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Then scoop 1 1/2 tablespoon amounts and roll into balls. They can be kept in the fridge for 1 week or frozen for 1 month.
3) Enjoy!
