So first is, is what do you do to make yourselves healthy? I know myself I've totally sold out to the health, causea lot of reasons for that. Most of it's because I've lost many members of my family to sickness and disease,and so I don't wanna go down that route. I don't wanna go down that road.
And I started seeing myself shortly after the military. My health was declining through several reasons of being in the military, and so I had to bring my health back up now. Things that I've doneTo do that are things like I use a Ro filter and clean my water up. I do nothing but organic foods, and I actually eat just raw fruits and vegetables.
So I tried to do that and my numbersshow for it. I just got back from the doctor, and I couldn't believe at the age that I'm at, the numbers that I have, and how good they are. So I've just done this year after year after year and made sacrifices of not to Not to do unhealthy things. Now since meeting my wife,I have done other things too to make sure that my cleaners inside my home are organic cleaners, that the clothes that I wear are organic or linen, hemp or cotton in nature, no polyesters.... more to hear in the video
