Mercedes timing chains suck they stretch and break right around 100k miles. So this video will help you on timing marks and part numbers.
The Febi kit was a continuous loop chain so no master link or need for the expensive press tool.
It has all the guides and tensioners in it for main and counter balance and all chains needed.
Best kit i found so far and on ebay for around 207.00 made in Germany not china
