The Coolest Toy Never Made ~Part 1~

I had some spare parts in the "Boneyard" and an idea began to coalesce in my mind. I know that Marx made an Electromagnet crane for 1 year in 1950, but to my knowledge Tonka never did. This is my rendition of what I believe will be 1 of the coolest toys never made! I want to take my time with this one and explain my thinking behind some of the steps.
