Fresh lychee, mint, lemon and honey… muddled to perfection. Add chilled soda, soaked sabja seeds and lots of ice. Garnish beautifully… and your ultimate summer Lychee Mojito is ready!

Ingredients

* 6–8 fresh peeled Litchi
* 1 lemon, cut into wedges
* 10–12 fresh mint leaves
* 2 tsp honey
* 1 tsp soaked sabja seeds (basil seeds), soaked for 1 hour
* Ice cubes
* Chilled soda water
* Mint sprig, lemon slice & lychee for garnish

Method

1. Add peeled litchi, lemon cut pieces, mint leaves, and honey into a glass.
2. Gently muddle everything to release the fresh flavors and juices.
3. Add soaked sabja seeds and mix well.
4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
5. Pour chilled soda water on top.
6. Stir lightly.
7. Garnish with lemon slice, litchi, and fresh mint.
8. Serve chilled and enjoy this refreshing summer cooler.
