Choose Your Own Adventure. | Lilijana Nicholls | TEDxMandurah
At 16, Lilijana Nicholls is in her second year of a Bachelor of Biology and Toxicology, with a second major in Criminology at Murdoch University, Perth, Western Australia. How did she get there? through what she describes as a series of "fortunate events", by challenging the way people traditionally enter university, and not taking 'No' as a final answer. A traditional pathway was always in Lilijana’s future but a series of fortunate events led her through what could be described as a choose your own adventure. Her passion became presenting young people with opportunities to learn about science-based careers by presenting them with educational experiences. At 16, after challenging the way people traditionally enter university, Lilijana is in her second year of a Bachelor of Biology and Toxicology with a second major in Criminology. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
