Moose Hunting in Sunset Country (Excellent Adventures)!

This episode is all about MOOSE HUNTING, when Ty Sjodin hooks up with Excellent Adventures Outposts & Air Service Ltd on another Moose hunt for the memory books. Faron and Joyce Buckler are longtime residents of Red Lake, Ontario, and owners of Excellent Adventure's float plane base located in Ontario's Sunset Country. Once you get to their airbase, Faron and his crew fly you to one of their many remote hunting outposts camps. Having a great guide or two can increase your success when moose hunting. Can you do it and be successful without a guide? Absolutely. But from getting you started on your hunt, cooking your meals, helping transport your moose back to camp, and then on the float plane, experienced guides take care of you from beginning to end to help ensure your adventure is an unforgettable hunt of a lifetime.

Excellent Adventures has had success rates of around 75-percent to see or harvest a moose. They say "see or harvest" because you still have to put in the work and make your shot count.
