Popsicles with Quincy Jones ft. Lil Nas X

Following this near-death experience in 2015, Q’s doctors made it clear that if he wanted to see the next chapter of his life he’d have to quit his habits and stay healthy. To help cut down on calories, Q replaced alcohol with eating sugarless popsicles and lost more than 50 pounds. Now, in conversation with some of today’s top young artists, Q shares his wisdom, advice, and everything in between, in his new series, “Popsicles with Quincy Jones.”
