Lauren Heike: It's been a year since the young woman's death

April 29 this year marks one year since the remains of Lauren Heike were found. She was killed while on a hike near 65th Street and Mayo Boulevard. Court documents show she was stabbed 15 times.

Police arrested Zion Teasley in connection to her death.

Police say DNA found on Heike's shoe matched Teasley, who had previously spent time in prison. His trial is slated to begin in May.
