Now we are talking about knowledge areas- there are 10 knowledge areas in PMBOK® Guide represents specialized schemed activities.
The top column of the Chart in the video shows 5 process groups
- Initiating/Planning/Executing/Monitoring & Controlling/Closing

Each Knowledge Area can be visualized as a specialized skill of a particular area of project management.
For example -Project Scope Management: This area focuses on the collect requirement and eliciting needs. It included controlling the scope and validating what we have developed, is matching with what was required. This process is all about planning, validating, and figuring out the variances if any.
-Project Integration management- how we are going to incorporate the output of the rest of the 9 knowledge areas processes. This knowledge area binds the complete project life cycle. Earlier all the document related work was done as a part of project closure, but now it is done in the new process: “Manage Project Knowledge.” Every project ends up with some new experiences and creates new knowledge. This knowledge is used in improvements to processes and procedures. This is the only knowledge area containing processes in all the 5 Process Groups because this is how it provides an envelope for all project related activities.

-Project Schedule Management primarily deals with scheduling and controlling the activities. It has many processes which help to create a time plan for given activities.
-Project Cost Management is all about determining the cost and budget of the project.
-Project Quality Management is all about planning quality, ensuring quality, and finally controlling it by doing actual versus target analysis.
