1️⃣ MAKE WRAP: Blend cottage cheese, eggs, salt until smooth. Cook 2 thin wraps in non-stick pan. Set aside.
2️⃣ SEASON: Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, Worcestershire. Form 2 thin patties.
3️⃣ COOK: Sear patties in hot pan 3 min per side until browned.
4️⃣ ASSEMBLE: Place patty on wrap, top with cheese slice.
5️⃣ FOLD: Fold sides in, then roll tightly — burrito style.
6️⃣ SEAR: Place seam-side down in hot pan. Cook 2 min until golden and crispy.
