Cranberry Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup dried cranberries
¾ cups sugar
2½ cups all purpose flour
1 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
zest of 1 orange
2 tbsp of fresh orange juice
250g milk chocolate to garnish (optional)

Chocolate Nutella Cookies
Ingredients
188g all-purpose flour
50g natural cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
151g unsalted butter, softened
135g light brown sugar, packed
50g granulated white sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup nutella to garnish (optional)

Snickerdoodle Cookie
Ingredients
2 3/4 cups (358g) all-purpose flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup (168g) unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups (310g) sugar, plus 3 tbsp for rolling
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
250g white chocolate to garnish (optional)

Pistachio Sugar Cookies
Ingredients

100g granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
195g all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
