Either Love It, Or Don't Choose It

Have you ever felt bad about a decision you were about to make but still made it? Whether you are shaming yourself for eating dessert and then still eating it, saying yes when you mean no, or staying in certain circumstances that are not your soul's calling, we often shame a decision and then still choose it.

Instead of shaming yourself for making a decision, you have two choices.
1. Decide to love the choice you are making.
2. Don’t choose anything that your heart doesn’t want to choose.
