Chatt Patta Masala - 4 Ways

Dish 1: Chatt Patta Smoky Samosa
Ingredients:
- Samosa Patti 10
- Chicken (Minced) 125grams
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Yoghurt 30 grams
- Knorr Chatt Patta Masala 12 grams
- Oil for Frying 500 ml
- Green Chilli (Chopped) 1
- Coriander (Chopped) 2 tbsp
- Onion (Medium) 1
- Charcoal (for Smoke) 1 small piece
- For Binding Samosa: Maida 1 tbsp & Water 4 tbsp
Instructions:
1. Take a mixing bowl and add meat, Chatt Patta Masala, ginger garlic paste, yoghurt and oil.
2. Mix it well.
3. Now, take a fry pan and sauté the meat on a medium flame for 10 minutes. Sauté until dry and set aside.
4. Smoke the mixture with charcoal for 15 minutes. Then add onion, green chilli, coriander and mix thoroughly.
5. Now, make a samosa with the help of a binding mixture.
Makes: 8-10 Serves.
Dish 2: Chatt Patta Fruit Chaat
1. Cut fruits of your choice.
2. Add Knorr Chatt Patta Masala.
3. Mix well and enjoy!
Dish 3: Chatt Patta Pakora
1. Take a mixing bowl and add in besan, baking soda, Knorr Chatt Patta Masala and water for the batter. Mix well and make a mixture.
2. Then add potatoes (julienne cut), onion (julienne cut), mint (chopped), coriander (chopped) and green chilli (chopped).
3. Now that the mixture is ready, deep fry the pakoras in oil.
4. Sprinkle Knorr Chatt Patta Masala and enjoy!
Dish 4: Chatt Patta Fries
1. Cut potatoes in the shape of thick sticks and add some salt.
2. Now deep fry the cut potatoes in oil.
3. Sprinkle Knorr Chatt Patta Masala and enjoy!
