I got a good AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible). It consist of 6 Pull Ups, 8 Push Ups & 10 Squats For 10 Mins. You are to try to do as many rounds as possible. Those 3 exercises with the rep ranges listed count as 1 round completed. Let’s Go!!!
