Tri-State undertook a complex transition of a decades old, highly customized ERP environment to Oracle Cloud. Post go live, Tri-State faced challenges common to cloud ERP transformations: limited control over a tangled system landscape, financial operations that needed to work flawlessly at month end and quarter end, and lingering issues that undermined confidence in the platform.
