Kjo eshte receta klasike e pasta shu-ve ose ndryshe eklerave, pergatitur nga pasticere profesioniste por ne kushtet e shtepise, qe ju vjen ne ndihme edhe amvisave ta mesojne per ta pergatitur vete.

PERBERESIT
Per brumin;
100 ml uje
100 ml qumesht
150 gr miell
80 gr gjalpe
pak kripe

Per kremin:
500 + 100 ml qumesht
30 gr niseshte
30 gr miell
100 gr sheqer
2 veze
pak krem te ftohte pasticerie (ose ne mungese te tij 30-40 gr gjalpe ose pana pasticerie)

Per lyerje:
200 gr cokollate
30-40 ml vaj

Per menyren e pergatitjes duhet te ndiqni videon ku ju tregojme tekniken dhe keshilla te domosdoshme qe tju dale kjo recete sa me mire.

This is the recipe for classic éclair (pasta choux) prepared by a professional baker at her home kitchen. The recipe is easy for the housewives to make but you need to be careful to follow the recipe correctly for best éclairs.

INGREDIENTS

For the pastry:
100 ml water
100 ml milk
150 gr flour
80 gr butter
a pinch of s

For the cream filling:
500 + 100 ml milk
30 gr corn starch
30 gr flour
100 gr sugar
2 eggs
2-3 tbsp. of pastry cream powder (or 30-40 gr butter/heavy cream instead)

For topping:
200 gr chocolate
30-40 ml vegetable oil
