REGULATIONS (from Nate Kiz):
"1. Copy and Paste these Regulations in the "About section" in your cypher response video if you are called out (so that the person you call out can follow the Regulations as well)

2. Call out any 1 artist (or group) you choose as long as they have less than 2000 YouTube subscribers. This is the "no-name cypher" not the cypher to call out someone very well known to get your name out there . Lets take pride in the underground YouTube hip-hop community. With that being said, remember "with great power comes great responsibility" You have the baton, pass the cypher to someone who deserves it!! If you cant find someone to call out, check the comment section as there are plenty of volunteers in Nate Kiz's original No Name Cypher video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCPTc...

3. You have a maximum time of 3 weeks from the day you are called out to submit your cypher (please feel free to post it sooner!!) Nobody wants to wait longer than that as most of the people following our cypher would most likely lose interest if it's any longer than that. It's your responsibility to call out someone new in the scenario where the person you called out doesn't make a video. In that case, the person you call out the 2nd time around, you don't have to make a new video calling them out, just make some sort of a annotation in your video or something letting everybody know.. That person will then have 3 weeks from the time you called them out to post their cypher response.

4. Contact the person that you are planning on calling out before you actually call them out and get their approval. By doing this, we will prevent the cypher dying out.. If Somebody is too busy to enter, you will find out by emailing them first.

5. Post the links to everyones Cypher video that dropped before you were called out , and to the persons page whom you've called out, making it easier for everyone to follow along.
(for example 1. Shlick Smit with cypher video link 2. Artist name and link 3. Artist name and link) With this going in 3 different directions, You only should post the cyphers in your "branch" of cyphers. To make it simple, whoever called you out - look in their video description and copy all of the links and paste them in your description.

6. If you are called out, title your video "No Name Cypher - Your Name - your Branch Letter"
For Example, "No Name Cypher - Scotch Bingington - Branch C"
How will you know what branch you are in? Simple, look at the video of the person who called you out, and what ever branch they are, that is your branch letter.
Although this is just one big cypher, by labeling the videos with a branch letter, we will keep the 3 different branches easy to follow.

**7. This is Not a regulation for the participants but just a SIDE NOTE.. This is an invited cypher only, meaning you must be called out to participate!! But if you chose to drop a verse over my beat without being called out, title your video "UNOFFICIAL No Name Cypher - Your Name" or you can name it something completely different, (not involving the title "no-name cypher") Don't trick people in to thinking you were called out!
