Metal detecting challenge part 2 digging & exploring NH cellars.

This is my second visit to the old farm & cellar hole where I have presented myself with the challenge of seeing if this site is really hunted out. I took my Garrett ATGOLD metal detector and started hiking and exploring this huge chunk of land. Following the old walls and cart paths I wanted to see what the layout was of this old farm. Making my way back up to where the house was I started detecting around the cellar hole and found some more old buttons, spoons just like the first trip. Working the iron with a metal detector just takes time and patience .
A very nice spread of a home site that is worth the hike just to explore and enjoy the day.
