The song is an invitation for those that left Haiti to live abroad to come back home. Konen Loinbi means sound the conk shell for the ex-pats to return and help reconstruct Haiti. The second half of the song sung by Marco makes references to slavery mistreatment and humiliation. 4 Harmony wrote this song after and in response to the earthquake.
