I don’t know… can pregnant women go outside at sunrise and sunset? 🤔

Red light therapy is concentrated sunrise and sunset. There’s always infrared throughout the day, but the biggest natural doses happen at sunrise and sunset—and let’s be real, how many people are actually outside at those times? Hardly anyone.

The real issue isn’t red light exposure, it’s red light deficiency. We are so deprived of natural infrared and red light that when we finally reintroduce it, we have to start slow and low—just like you wouldn’t chug a gallon of water after being stranded in the desert for a week. Your body has to adjust.
