Gratitude leads to love and joy. What we focus on multiplies. Want more joy and peace in your life? Focus on being grateful for everything you already have. Focusing on what we lack will cause discouragement and discontentment. It will cause us to be bitter in life and live with stress and anxiety.

No matter what situation you are in there is an abundance of things to be grateful for.
Are you breathing?
Do you have a roof over your head?
Can you walk?
Do you still have your vision? Ability to speak, hear and communicate?
Electricity that powers your home? That keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter?
Electricity that powers the device you watched this video and other videos on?
Did the sun come out today and give us daylight?
Did it rain today and water the plants and trees that filter the air to give us clean air to breathe?

If you have experienced any of these things then you have something you can start expressing gratitude for. Once you start the rest starts to flow. Just give it a try. Practice this everyday. Do it several times a day if you need to. It will help boost your mood and shift your mindset from seeing only what you lack.
