📌 Friday June 12, 2026, Dearborn County Indiana. 2 young boys lost their mom and dad in a deadly crash with a truck.

Husband and wife Jordan and Sierra were killed in the head on crash involving a semi truck, and their 2 boys, 6 year old Knight and 4 year old Kyro, were seriously injured and are recovering at a hospital.

The family was on their way to an all star baseball game when the crash occured.

"They have a long way to go to recover from injuries. How to live without the 2 best parents," Jerad Walters, Jordan's twin brother, said while choking back tears.

Indiana State Police said a truck driver crossed the center line on a highway, hitting the family head on.

"Knight got out of the car after the crash yesterday, and with the lacerated spleen, a broken arm, and, got out of the car, tried to wake mom and dad," Walters said.

He went to the top of a hill and found a woman and asked for help. He told her his brother was badly hurt and his mom and dad couldn’t wake up.

Walters hasn't left his nephews' sides, telling sister station WLWT that older brother Knight is showing strength for Kyro.

The truck driver is also in the hospital.

The police said the crash is under investigation.

A GoFundMe has been set up to support the Walters family and their surviving sons.
