Another rare glimpse of filming ADI's effects work on AVP--this time focusing on the sliced-in-half alien head action "Scar" the Predator delivers. The sequence required Tom Woodruff, Jr. (alien) to be suspended and inverted above Ian Whyte (Scar) for a "stalking" shot, then stunt perfomer Rene Hajek stepped in for Tom when the subsequent action required the alien to fall to the floor. A simple enough Texas-switch with very few hang-ups...
