Poi Spinning Lesson: Introduction to Poi CAPs

Poi CAPs are patterns of poi moves taken to their extreme! Usually composed of alternating back and forth between antispin and inspin poi tricks, CAPs result from switching the hand back and forth in direction while keeping the poi moving. These are excellent tools not just for looking cool but also for transitions back and forth between antispin and inspin and sometimes even different timing and direction combinations! They're also the answer to a riddle I posed several weeks ago--it's now time for me to show you how to do antispin flowers in wall plane!
