The Affirmative Repositioning (AR) movement have lashed out at the Chief Justice, Peter Shivute for not availing himself to receive a petition addressed to the Judicial Service Commission which demands that the hearings for the appointment of the incumbent Prosecutor-General be done in public, and not in secrecy.
