My Husky's Biggest Argument Yet! Won't Follow Simple Commands Dog With Attitude! Believe it or not Key is very well behaved for a husky, but he does love to argue and it does make me laugh! So if you're thinking of getting a husky and think training will be easy, think again! Huskies were bred to think for themselves, make their own decision and overrule the human's commands if they didn't agree with them. This is due to huskies pulling sleds over ice, if the dog knew the ice wasn't safe they had the ability to say no, and go another way. This trait is very much still in their breeding, and their intelligence is right up there with border collies, they're just less driven to please or follow commands like the latter is.
