Just over 5 years ago I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Getting diagnosed with MS at 21 changed my how I experienced transitioning to adulthood. In this video I talk about the first signs of multiple sclerosis that I experienced as a teenager up until diagnosis 4 years later.

Dealing with multiple sclerosis hasn't been easy but I'm learning to take it a day at a time

Sharing this especially for the people under 30 with MS, I remember being in the hospital bed looking for information about people around my age with MS. Hopefully this can comfort young people with MS that may see this video. Yes, the period after a chronic illness diagnosis can be scary and you may be angry and confused, but your life is not any less valuable because of this diagnosis. You are precious
