Business with Bansal: Reliance is in talks to buy a 49% stake in Naturals Salon & Spa. This will add the salon business to its already rich portfolio. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the spa business was among the worst hit. As the country revives from the aftermath, Naturals Salon & Spa now aims to grow 4-5x in the next few years under Reliance.

This acquisition will give Reliance access to around 700 outlets in India and a strong brand name to enter the market. In addition, Reliance Retail also wants to start its own beauty business - and Naturals Salon & Spa would help them achieve this dream much sooner.
