Chipotle Chicken & Cheese Empanadas Recipe | Chicken & Cheese Empanadas

🌟In today's video, I'm making my chipotle chicken and cheese empanadas. They're easy to make, and will be gone in seconds after frying them. You can alternately make them in your air-fryer if you have till they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

🌟Ingredients List for your convenience:
1 lb. ground chicken (or beef if preferred)
1 small, or 1/2 medium onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tomato, cut into small chunks
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. all-purpose seasoning, or adobo
3 tbsp. chipotle sauce, or half of 7 oz. can
salt to taste
store bought empanada sheets (can be found in the freezer aisles of supermarkets)
oil for cooking the filling, and frying the empanadas
