"Buns" is a famous snack or breakfast recipe at South canara. There may be none or very few who dislike buns. It is a kind of sweet dish, but tastes super with spicy chutney, sambar or tovve. It should be served hot. Ingredients required are very few such as maida/wheat flour, riped bananas, sugar, salt, jeera and baking soda also required must.The buns is said perfect when it's inside structure is layered. So it should be rolled thick.

Cumim 2sp
Curd 1 cup
Maida (as per consistency) used 5 cups
Oil for deep fry
