Bringing Our Plane Home After Hurricane Eta. Piper Aztec (N2441M) - KCNI to KSUA.

A cold front with thick, ground level fog combined with an eastern shift in the track of Hurricane Eta over northern Florida forced a change in our travel plans at the conclusion of our mountain vacation. Rather than fly through potentially dangerous instrument meteorological conditions, the decision was made to proceed with a 10 hour drive back to Stuart, FL in borrowed car. The following weekend, when conditions had improved, the car was returned and we repositioned our plane back home in Stuart, FL.
