Ford 1910 together again but another bump in the road

We've got the 1910 together again and running, but there are small bubbles coming from the headgasket. We had to re use the newest gasket I just purchased, but its not sealing . We tried re torquing it a little higher, but that didnt work. I 'm attempting to get another headgasket. It is leaking oil externally.
