Bitcoin or Real Estate?

It all depends on where your real estate is, depends what you want to do with your BTC and I think both has its rewarding merits, pros and cons, but to me both is the finest, concrete investments to think about.

"the house market has 3X d in the last 10 years and accelerated after the covid plandemic, and bitcoin has 100X d since 2017!, Gold has taken somewhat 10,000 years to get to where it is now and l would argue the utility for all 3 in times of war, and crisis."
