INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH:
800g/ 6 cups all purpose flour
250g butter
2 large eggs
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2cup of cold water or milk to mix the dough
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING:
500-1000g minced chicken
1 onion
1 habanero or scotch bonnet pepper
1 minced garlic
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp thyme
1 chopped potatoes
3medium carrot chopped
Any oil of your choice for frying
1 Exra egg for egg wash
1/4 tsp salt or to your taste

Bake at 180c for 25-30 minutes
