👣 Pedicure Massage Tutorial Best Foot and Leg Massage Routine 👣

This video is about how to give the Best Foot and Leg Massage Routine Tutorial. People carry so much stress in their feet and legs so it's really important to give a great foot and leg massage during the pedicure service. Today I'm going to share my massage routine but you should tweak it to make it your own. When giving a massage always maintain constant even pressure and rhythmic movements. I always start with the leg and calf warming up the area with small circular movements. I keep my thumbs overlapped on the shin for better pressure. Asked the client if the pressure is okay and I adjust according to their answer.
Move onto the arch of the foot. I use the thumb on my left hand to apply pressure near the ball of the foot this stretches the tendons in the foot so I can massage into them better. You may feel crunchy particles in the feet. The body produces lactic acid from stress in many people have it stored in their feet. You should try to break up the lactic acid so the body can absorb it but don't press too hard because it can be uncomfortable.
