BMX Training - QUARANTINE INTERVAL WORKOUT

Realize if now is the time for you to improve your BMX Racing fitness during these "Quarantine Times" and you would like to be prepared for when the holding pattern of your BMX track and racing schedule opens back up, now is a great time to begin working on your endurance (cardio) your muscular endurance (that burn towards the end of race laps) and also your ability to recover in-between your gate, sprint, and track efforts during your training.

Make sure you use a fan, have water on hand, a towel, etc.
If you start to feel pain, or have a hard time breathing, then stop the workout.

I am here to guide you through the workout, but it's your responsibility to coach and monitor how you're feeling.
Also, make sure you have someone else in the room attending while you're doing this interval training session.
